Message from the President
In 2018 when HENRI Investigations was created, I had the vision of providing a service grounded in impartiality and fairness. I believed in everyone’s right to be treated equally throughout the investigation process. My goal was to make sure that anyone contracting our services with us would feel that our work was done professionally and without prejudice, regardless of the outcome of the file.
I wanted parties who were participating in investigations managed through HENRI Investigations to feel respected and that they were being treated equally regardless of their position, paygrade, or seniority. I am proud to say that our clients and the people we interview confirm we have achieved this through the feedback we receive during the investigative process.
Every complaint we investigate is treated in a sensitive manner due to the confidentiality and privacy we guarantee our clients and all parties. From our perspective there are no frivolous complaints. Complaints are made for legitimate reasons regardless of our findings and deserve to be examined and in some cases investigated.
Today, our team of expert investigators have helped us achieve a strong and positive reputation recognized by both the federal and private clients we serve. The attention we give to the needs of the contracts we are awarded is of an extremely high quality. We have several returning clients asking for our services and for specific investigators based on varying areas of expertise.
My vision has become a reality and our clients are consistently satisfied with the product we produce, the services we provide, and our unique and sensitive approach to investigations.
